SOPHIA RESIDENCE
Sophia Residence is a condominium development ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom types.
The massing is configured around 5 main residential blocks that fits within the curvilinear site. Together, the apartment blocks of different heights respect the varying scales of surrounding building structures and enhance the sense of a hill.
The development’s circulatory routes are well connected, both within the development and to adjacent ones. A 200m long communal roof garden is designed on the roof deck of the
