HOLT RESIDENCES
12 storey luxury apartments within the prime residential district of river valley. The main circulation core of Holt Residences was designed as a central plane, which sliced the 12 storey block into halves, creating a twin-tower effect.
Repetitive use of the curvilinear sunshades on the building exterior not only provides much needed shelter from the harsh tropical sun, but also defines the distinctive character of the facade in a fluid play of light and shadows.
