EUPHONY GARDENS
4 storey condominium development with musical theme as a design concept. A central circulation spine provides the main parti in site planning, within which pockets of recreational spaces are interspersed.
This creates various activity nodes and visual interests along the communal areas and maximises the distance between apartment blocks for generous daylight and ventilation. The result is a sensory orchestra, where architecture embraces the harmonic and rhythmic order of music.
