Li-Ze Eco Garden
This is a proposed high-rise mixed development with a total built-up area of 280,000 sqm housing residential units, full communal and recreational activities as well as retail, parks and public spaces.
The design seeks to harmonize the scale and proportion of the large development with its vicinity, creating urban plazas and freeing up the ground level for greenery and communal public use.
In doing so, the development will inject a new sense of vitality to the existing streetscape, retail activities and incubates the growth of a potential 24/7 work-live-play community.
