Fuyuan Business Logistics Centre
The proposed logistics facility, with a total GFA of more than 137,000 sqm, consists of a state-of-the-art 4 storey ramped-up warehouse for coldrooms and general storage, with an ancillary office in a separate glass-cladded building equipped with colourful sunshades.
From afar, the strong curvilinear roof of the warehouse creates a dynamic form and iconic presence, echoing the 24/7 flux of logistics activities within. When completed, this will become
one of the largest coldroom warehouse facility in Southwest China, and a new architectural landmark within the Airport Logistics Hub of Chengdu.
