Ci Yuan Community Club
“To Build and to Bridge Communities in Achieving One People, One Singapore” is PA’s motto and Ci Yuan Community Club (CYCC) is one of the latest new CC designed to fulfil this mission.
CYCC is envisioned as a holistically integrated Lifestyle Hub housing a community club, hawker centre, senior care centre and family medicine clinic under one roof.
The multiple co-location concept will promote active aging, aging-in-place and foster communal bonding among users of different abilities and interests through shared activities and cross-fertilisation programs within the one-stop destination.
CYCC is the 1st CC to attain BCA Green Mark Platinum award and BCA UD Mark Gold Plus award, a testament to its green and people-centric vision
